Media Training

Every company - small or big - should decide who represents them in the media, proactively as well as reactively. This could be one designated spokesperson or different representatives depending on the situation, product, or topic. Regardless of whom you choose, they need to know what is required of them in this role. We give you an introduction to working with the media, so your employees know what to expect and how to handle calls from the press. And we coach your spokespeople, so they understand the differences between the different media types and how to get clear messages across in a credible way. This is important on a day to day basis and working preventively, but when it comes to being equipped for handling specific issues, your messages must be crystal clear.
